How to update 3rd party menu via Chowly?

Chowly takes what's in your point of sale system, and then puts it onto all of your connected third party platforms. A "resync" is the way that our software is able to make this happen.

To resync your menu after you've made changes, go to the Manage Locations page and click the white button that says "Resync Menu" in blue letters.

After clicking the "Resync Menu" button, the Import Menu Status will change to ENQUEUED until the update (or import) is complete. Once the import is complete, the status will change to either SUCCESSFUL or UNSUCCESSFUL.

If the "resync" was successful, you will also see the date and time that the import was completed. If the "resync" was unsuccessful, please try clicking the "Resync Menu" button one more time. If it is still unsuccessful, please reach out to Chowly's Support Team by clicking the yellow C icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
